I present to you the "Motivation Booster" challenge, a structured, four-week program designed to enhance team motivation. Each week, you'll focus on a different aspect of motivation. Remember, this is a learning process for everyone involved. Gather feedback and adjust your approach as needed. Let's take it one step at a time, and together, I'll help cultivate a highly motivated and engaged team.

Week 1 - Autonomy: Delegate a new project to your team and let them decide on how to approach it. Monitor their progress but do not intervene unless specifically asked for guidance.

Week 2 - Learning: Identify a training program or resource that can enhance your team's skills. Allocate time within the working week for your team to focus on this learning opportunity.

Week 3 - Meaning: Have a team meeting where you explain the company's goals and how each team member's tasks contribute to these goals. Ask your team for feedback and ensure they understand their role in the bigger picture.

Week 4 - Recognition: Implement a recognition system for this week. It could be a simple 'Employee of the Week' recognition based on peer voting, or a 'Thank You' board where team members can post appreciation notes to each other.

Remember to gather feedback after each week to understand what worked and what didn't. This will help you customize your motivation strategies to each team member's preferences and needs.
