Hey there, I'm Frédérique Niel, a seasoned Business Coach and Advisor based right here in Vancouver, BC. My journey has been all about guiding entrepreneurs towards their dreams, and I'm excited to share a bit of my story with you.

Background and Journey:

After spending 17 incredible years as an entrepreneur myself, it was a natural step for me to transition into the world of business coaching. My journey started back in 2001 when I founded my web design company. I took it to the next level by incorporating it in 2005. Through this venture, I gained firsthand experience in every aspect of business management—customer relations, project and cost management, networking, marketing, and accounting.

Business Coaching Expertise:

Around six years ago, my path led me to become a Business Advisor in British Columbia. During this time, I had the honor of working with more than 650 individuals, offering both one-time consultations and comprehensive coaching series. Drawing from my entrepreneurial background and professional coaching certification, I've been helping my clients turn their business dreams into reality. In 2020, I decided to embark on my independent coaching journey, establishing "Ma Business Coach." It started as a part-time endeavor and has grown into a full-time passion since January 2023.

Consulting and Training Excellence:

I don't just stop at one-on-one coaching. I thrive in facilitating workshops for various organizations. Some of my notable workshop destinations include the Embassy of Canada in Paris, the Chambre de commerce francophone de Vancouver, the Economic Development and Employability Network (RDÉE Canada), and the Rendez-vous d'affaires of the Francophonie in Quebec.

Professional Journey:

My journey towards becoming a successful Business Coach has been marked by significant milestones. Since January 2023, I've been passionately coaching individuals through "Ma Business Coach" while also spearheading workshops for non-profit organizations. My journey with the British Columbia Economic Society began in November 2016, where I provided essential support to French-speaking entrepreneurs in their business ventures.

Education and Credentials:

I'm a firm believer in continuous learning, which is reflected in my educational background. I hold a Business Coach certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Co-Active Coaching Certificate, and I'm certified to lead #lamRemarkable workshops, a project supported by Google. Additionally, I've completed courses in project management, business law, and leadership. I hold a Webmaster Certificate from the University of British Columbia and possess a BTS in Hotel Management from France.

Multilingual Proficiency:

Being in Canada's multicultural landscape, I'm proud to say that I'm perfectly fluent in both English and French.
